Car Parking
Safe and secure car and motorcycle parking in London is often difficult to find, however at One Eighty it’s simple as we have a spacious, accessible and secure car park in which you, as a resident, can book a space*.
We have a number of chargeable* car and motorcycle spaces which may be allocated for the term of tenancy agreements. A further number of spaces are available on a quarterly or monthly basis. One Eighty also has a number of spaces which can be booked for residents or their guests on a daily basis.
Given there is a limited overall capacity we do operate on a first come-first-served basis and charges depend on the type of space and the size of space being booked. However we do operate waiting lists in order to be fair to everyone.
All vehicles are parked at their own risk.
Disability spaces are available on each level of the car park and are easily identifiable by their blue colour. However we require evidence of a blue disability badge for these spaces to be allocated to either residents or their guests.
Motorcycle spaces are painted yellow and many of them have secure ground anchors to which chains and locks may be attached.
Walkways are painted purple and we would ask that vehicles are not parked on purple walkways as these may cause an obstruction.
Please contact the concierge for current car and motorcycle parking charges. For periodic parking (Monthly, Quarterly or Annual parking contracts) an electronic fob is issued. A returnable deposit is made for the provision of this fob and should a fob be lost, this is a chargeable item.
